  Rule 4:Special Service and Solution Policy

Once you have selected your watch, please note down the product name and using the contact us menu options or the live support feature on the site to ask us your questions regarding the product. Most importantly we will be able to tell you if this item is in stock, and if not, we will be able to assist you in finding an alternative product. Also if the item is not in stock, we can inform you of the wait period required. If you have seen a watch in a magazine, shop or advert which we don't have it on our site, please contact us and we will do our best to find it for you. In a word,we will be always here to give our best service and solution for our customers,and make you feel like no other e-store.

  Rule 5:Shipping Terms

We use EMS or DHL as our shipping couriers. Once we have received your payment (which usually takes 2-3 business days), we will ship the product(s) to you in time. You will then receive an email for your shipping tracking information,so that you can keep an eye on your parcel. Depending on your location the max shipping time is 5-7 business days from the moment you have your tracking number.

   Rule 7:Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

• We will not cancel any order that has passed the payment verification stage
• We will not cancel any order that has been already shipped out from our facilities(is in our shipping agents facilities).
• We accept order cancellations that occur before any payment from the customer has been made without any penalty.
• When we can not supply the watch you order after your payment, we will refund you if you request.

  Rule 8:Special Notice

• ALL links that came with the watch must be shipped back with the watch. If any link missed,your watch will not be refunded/exchanged.

• Include a note(text) to explain what is the problem with the watch, what you are looking for, and your full name,detailed shipping address along with your telephone number, order number and approximate purchase date.

• All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for watches damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.
• Please allow about one week for replacement .
• If exchange is more expensive than original purchase, please pay online for the price gap(we will provide instructions); if the exchange is less, we will not refund this amount back to you,or transfer the money to your next order for you.
• If there is any other problem, we will make sure that everything will be negotiated from both parties consent.
• If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
